Kolcraft Cloud Plus
Designed for the family on the go. Lightweight and compact, with an easy fold with one hand. The front suspension and all-terrain wheels as well as the multi-position reclining seats, can be used for children up 50 pounds. The trays for parents and children as well as a large storage bin and a three-tiered canopy that has a windows that peek out at the sun provide maximum protection.
The Cloud received one of the lowest scores in our quality tests due to the fact that it has a flimsy seat made of hard plastic and a style that is dated. It's also costly compared to other strollers that are lighter which is why it's not the best choice if you're looking for a low-cost alternative.
It's not the lightest stroller but it has enough features that it is worth considering. Its swiveling wheels make easy for you to move it around flat surfaces. It can also jump curbs with ease. The low handle of the Cloud is a problem, however; it's nearly at knee height and not adjustable. It's not easy to push when your legs are hanging in that way. The lack of padding makes it even more difficult.
In our tests and testing, we found the Cloud to be simple to open and set up. It's a bit more complicated to close, however. You need to slide a slider and then push a large white button to get it to collapse. It can be quite frustrating especially if you're trying to manage kids at the same time.
The Cloud comes with a small but deep storage basket that could accommodate a medium-sized diaper bag. It's a little narrow, though you'll probably need to leave something inside to reach the back to retrieve it. The Cloud comes with an adult tray and a child tray, each with two cup holders. But both are too small for larger bottles or cups.

Their first products included diapers and crib pads however, they now make an array of baby products, including highchairs, strollers for infants, car seats and toys. The company is based in Chicago and is an American manufacturer.
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist style that's ideal for travel. It's light at 18lbs (lighter than some single strollers!) It folds flat to make it easy to transport and store. It also comes with independently reclined seats and large SPF 50 sunvisors with peekaboo window. double pram and pushchair can be adjusted to fit kids of various heights. It also comes with a parking brake that is linked in one step and is Disney-sized certified.
The swivel wheel of the Jeep is also great for navigating over bumps and uneven terrain. The stroller does not accept car seats, so your little ones must be at least six months old and have good neck control to be able to ride in the front seat. It does come with a nice, three panel sun canopy, however each seat comes with its own snack tray, as well as cup holders for parents.
Another incredibly lightweight side-by-side stroller is the Valco Baby Snap Trend. It's a bit heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 lbs, but it's amazingly slim and narrow (26.5 inches wide!) Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a stroller that is light with lots of features. It's not just light at 13 lbs but also offers plenty of storage space in the form of child and parent cup holders, a child sippy-cup pocket as well as a parent storage compartment, and more. The stroller is also compatible with a child's car seat and has a brake that flips that is easy to engage. This stroller is designed to expand with your child. It can be transformed from a baby stroller into an adult stroller by attaching car seat adapters (sold separately) and it's suitable for children six months and over.

Children who are taller may find that they have an unbalanced leg when they sit in a reclined posture. It also has a large canopy that we found to be more effective in blocking out sun than other options in our review of the top double strollers.
The stroller is light enough to be able to move through door frames. This was an important issue with other strollers we tested. It folds up quickly and its handlebars sit close to the ground, making it easy transportation. Its only flaw is its limited storage space, which is cramped when full of kid stuff.
